The value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-equipped, with nice large towels and ample wardrobe space. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

- Our bedroom was right next door to the laundry which started up at 7.15am, so not a great way to start the day. - Not one tea bag in the unit.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean facilities. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities, especially the rooms.

Uncomfortable bed and lack of comfortable seating. The mattress was old and too soft, which caused discomfort and a backache.

From the time I start looking for a hotel to stay for 2 night in Palmerston North, I really like the information, photos and location of this hotel. The room was huge, very clean and with a very nice style/decor. Heat pump, 2 tv's, spa pool, separate shower, bathroom was huge and looked like brand new. The room service was perfect as well as the staff at the reception who made me breakfast twice. I really enjoy the stay specially after a long day working (and working even more at night) Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable (no drop out) I appreciated being able to do early check-in to drop my bag and have a quick coffee before heading to see my client.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a motel in the center of Palmerston North. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money offered. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances to the provision of toiletries. Additionally, the central location was ideal, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Furthermore, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Plus, the staff here are wonderful - friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. They'll point you in the right direction for the best experiences in town. The rooms are well-equipped and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. And if you're looking for a convenient breakfast option, Joe's Garage around the corner serves up an excellent meal, with a free coffee for guests from the reception.

I had an unpleasant experience staying here over Easter weekend. The noise from other guests was unbearable.

We loved how close this hotel was to everything in the city centre. We could easily walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops within seconds. The hotel facilities were of good quality and very clean, including the availability of fluffy towels. The receptionist was friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby locations, while the price was very affordable. The hotel had a nice quiet feel despite its central location.

The location of this motel is superb, being close to everything in the town centre. The motel is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants such as Chada Thai, and it's only a few minutes walk to the shopping mall and the Square. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, iron and ironing board, and even a washing machine. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, making your stay as comfortable as possible.
